Post waiting for data to load
on: March 5, 2018 (GMT)

Hello Torque users. I am having a problem passing inspection because they say my emissions test results are incomplete. My vehicle was disabled for several months with the battery pulled so I guess the data got disappeared. It is a 2004 Chevy with only 86k miles but I guess it had data before this although I hadn’t used Torque in a while.

That was over a month ago and I don’t drive a lot every day but it has been at least 200-300 miles since. How many miles should it take for the data to repopulate in the computer?

I suggest searching the web for your
Chevy’s drive cycle for completing your
tests.

Thanks. I will try it. It says it may take 5 drive cycles to complete if my battery has been disconnected.
