Post Basic APP install question

I bought TP a long while ago, a year or more. It`s there, in my app library so I obviously paid for it. Got a new device, Torque Pro is not in my list of purchased apps. I also can`t update it on my original device. I have tried to contact the developer four times and gotten absolutely no response. Anyone out there have any ideas?

is short it’s an google store issue not a torque issue

i have seen that in the past don’t remember what was the final response
