I’m about to buy the app and order an adapter and wondered what connection type is best. Is Bluetooth still the best choice? I’ve got an android so I’m less worried about the wifi but thought I read somewhere that wifi is faster.

I do like the idea of having Bluetooth and being able to use Google maps or anything else on cell data while out driving or my home wifi in the garage.

I’m looking at the obdlink MX Bluetooth but haven’t pulled the trigger incase there is a significant reason why I should consider the wifi. Opinions and thoughts welcome.
