Is possible to add plugin or “in app” support for external arduino input output accessories?

For example connect with usb a few arduino with sensors like AFR or external Oil pressure and recive with serial protocol and connect artuino led indicators for shift light, gauges or alarms?

With OBD scan, arduino sensors and 10Hz GPS connected in one moment users can create professional mesurement for car and with “phisical output” from app users can add most inportant gauges in central point of driver view and less important on android tablet in central console of car.
