piemmm,
You can add to the tab to override the PID, the ability to override the PID fuel level
if there is an external PID for a fuel level that is different from 012F in order to be able to use the parameter
possible mileage on remaining fuel

Would not like to hijack the thread but have a question for the admins. How does the Fuel meter show the fuel level in the car dashboard ? I believe that there are sensors and not floats ? The reason for asking this is that in Torque pro when I select Use Car Fuel Level Sensor from the settings nothing shows up in the Dashboard. Is there something that I am doing wrong ?

Hi!

It depends if the vehicle supports the PID for fuel level or not – if it doesn’t support it then the sensor value won’t be available(and hence not show up)

If you connect to the vehicle and then go to the ‘Adapter Status’ screen (then scroll down) you should then see a list of sensors your vehicle ECU allows to be read – this should be helpful in letting you see what mode 01 sensors your vehicle supports

Hi!

Just a quick note to mention that the ability to override has been added and will be in the next beta update!
