Hi . I am trying to use obd2 (elm327) with my toyata mark x and it is not connecting with ECU. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Go into Setting “Vehicle Profile” fill profile
-preferred OBD2 protocol select ISO15765-4 11/500
-Select bird “Use OBD alternative header”
-custom configuration string: atsp6\natsh7e0
-save
Post a csv file in the folder .torgue \ extendedpids
Go into “Settings” -> “Manage extra PIDs” -> “…” -> “Add predefined set”
-Select set Toyota CAN
-exit the Settings
-Select “Realtime information”
-long tap on the screen
-add display
-select Digital display
-select parameter from the list Toyota CAN
-also create other devices

file contents Toyota CAN.csv :

provided the use of external PIDs, everything will work

I found manager extra pids but there is no toyata can option

you must create a file Toyota CAN.csv in folder /extendedpids
and write down the data in it, which I gave above
you can create such a file on the computer (it’s more convenient on the computer) and then move it to the phone

Hi on my phone file manager i dont have extended pids folder. Just torque logs

in explorer you need to enable Show hidden folders and then you will see folders with a dot in front .torque\extendedpids
