Love the Torque App!
Looking online I’ve found that Ford has a code section that will show the percentage of time that cylinders have misfired. The Ford will not set an Engine Code until a % threshold has been reached, but certain code readers can use the area to see the misfire percentage for each cylinder even before reaching that threshold. Is this something that can be done with the Torque App?
If not, could it be added?

Thanks
Paul

Are you talking about mode 06 (Test IDs
50, 53, 54, 55, and 56)?

Try looking under Test Results icon function.

Hi!

There may also be custom PIDs for this that can be manually added (part of the app, they’re just not added by default as they’re manufacturer specific)

Go to settings, Manage extra PIDs/sensors, Press menu, add predefined list, choose ‘Ford’.

This will add some of the ford specific PIDs which will give you access to more sensors (If your vehicle supports them, then you will see new data being retrieved in the list of sensors) Misfire PIDs are part of this list

Did you check with forscan
it’s not as powerful as torque
but it’s ford specific i get way more stuff with it
but always stick with torque for the day to day
