Post cant get bluetooth to turn on in windows pc

I’m using an emulator with blue stacks on a windows 10 laptop and I can’t get blue tooth to turn on in settings? is it because I’m using an android based software on a laptop the laptop itself see’s it just not the software. The software the came with it which is obd link lx works fine but does not have the parameters I need to data log

Hi!

Bluestacks doesn’t support bluetooth, it’s why it won’t turn on. You’ll need a real android device
