Hi there :-) I would like to ask after installed the application why can I not connect my phone to the OBD via Bluetooth? I had another one before and I had no problem with connection but this one unfortunately the phone cannot find the OBD please tell me what can I do? Thank you

do you have any other BT devices near by? I found when trying to link to my car stereo the first time i had to disable Bluetooth on my phone first then it would connect. after that no issues.
