The ODB “standard” oil temperature is broadcast here:

PID=015C
Engine oil temperature -40 to 210°C
Formula = A-40

Are you saying your vehicle is not broadcasting that PID?

Gauge for oil temperature don’t read anything ,saying no data.

Will try this ,I hope will work.

scan the supported PIDs using the plug-in TorqueScan with the Header “AUTO” or “8213F7”

If the standard PID didn’t work, you’ll need to know the manufacturer (Land Rover) specific PID and formula to get the information (if it is available for your vehicle). I don’t know what that is for you vehicle so sorry I can’t help more.

cintakc – Why does scanning with 8213F7 produce different results?

You can upload images via a link on file sharing
if you like, we can try another program to see what PIDs supports ECU your car

for different models Land Rover PID will be different
but they are all for the CAN protocol
example:

"FL2 TD4 Engine Oil Temperture","EngOilTemp","22F45C","A-40","-40","215","grad C","7E0"
"LR D4 TD6 Engine Oil Temperture","EngOilTemp","221313","A-40","-40","120","grad C","7E0"

But for FL1 you don’t know ?
Equation is the same i see,on Toyota forum
use AC-40 ,no space between A and C ,is location
within the response.
