Fiat Advance EX

Hi all,

Just purchased the torque pro and fiat advanced plugin full version.

Using a elm327 usb to OTG on Samsung S6.

When accessing normal PID on torque, can see rpm, timing advance, boost pressure etc. However, all the Fiat plugin/PIDs all not working. Take note when connected to fiatecuscan elm327 also working

I hope you experienced people can help newbie like me please. I am looking to log knock sensor voltage etc. Which is not available in other program.

Using on car 2009 Fiat bravo t-Jet

plugin Fiat is made for the CAN protocol ISO 15765 29/500
by what protocol do you connect
this can be seen on the Adapter Status tab

Hi Friend,

No luck, keeps searching for protocol after a while it gives up and uses ISO14230-4 KWP fast on its own.

Any other solutions? maybe I’m doing something wrong?

in the program FiatEcuScan there are the parameters you need?

Hi Friend, thank you for your reply. Yes I have fiatecuscan too, but I cannot see knock voltage or CF/ignition retard on FES. How do you recommend I go about logging this?

These parameters may have appeared only in cars with CAN diagnostics
take a screenshot in FiatECUScan
I will be able to look more closely if I have data IDs of your unit ECU

I looked in the scanner, for your auto diagnostics by protocol ISO14230-4 and the parameters you need for detonation does not support

to more accurately verify this, make a log using the terminal program Elm327Chat and file commands_bravo.txt
put this file in a folder Elm327Chat/CMDs
after starting the program and connecting to the adapter, select our file and issue commands to the list

Is there something wrong with my car?

I think this car should be canbus system? Because for example if I use other headlight bulb (HID) the Is error code on dashboard?

Any way to fix this?

what other programs show the parameter you need?
except as a plug-in
I think CAN diagnostics ECU Engine appeared on such cars later
Your ECU Engine does not respond to requests for CAN protocol ISO15765-4 29/500
possibly other control units of your car can use the CAN protocol

I have no other program other than torque and MPS.

Maybe my ECU is old? Maybe what I can do is swap ecu with a newer car and just transfer the immo chip from my old ecu to new one?

Other than that I’m all out of ideas..
