Post no codes in Torque - EOBD Facile works?-

Hi, i´m using Torque-Lite as a tryout on my android Mobile. It says “no error-codes in EBU”. When i use EOBD Facile on my apple device – there are codes (sam when i check out my garage-man with his professional device). Whats wrong?
I bought a 10 Euro ELM from amazon
