Can anyone help I can’t connect to my 1995 f250 diesels ECM. I have torque pro

1. Is your vehicle OBDII compliant? A number
of pre-OBDII compliant diesels appeared to
use a subset of OBDII. Is that true for your
95? (My 95 Jeep Cherokee is OBDI and cannot
use Torque).

2. Some cheap clone adapters have issues
with the older protocols like PWM. Are you
using an adapter capable of the PWM
protocol?

The 95 model is not fully obdII compliant. All the way up 97 some features I,know for a fa t won’t work.
