No connection to ECU

Hi all,
I’m using ScanTool 427201 OBDLink LX Bluetooth:

its connects perfectly to the car but No connection to EDU

can anyone help ?

On your car a protocol is used that differs from the standard OBD protocol
Requests are required by mode 21

You need to know what year your car is released
Renault has a non-standard ECU address and if you do not make the correct profile settings, then you can not connect to the ECU
