How do I change the phone that it is paired with because when I purchased and downloaded the program it automatically paired my old phone with the device

Just use the same Google Play account from
which Torque Pro was purchased. Will then be
able to install Torque on new device using the same
account.

Pair your adapter to the new device.

Then go into adapter settings in Torque to choose it or,
select adapter in vehicle profile.

Note that the adapter can only talk to one device
at a time so make sure your old device is off or
out of range to pair with new device.
