Hello, I just got a code reader for my car off the internet and it came with almost no instructions at all and a small CD with a lot of stuff on it. I managed to find the Android operating system app and got it loaded onto my phone but when it loads there is no settings menu! I went to the play store and it showed that I had the paid version. I decided to uninstall it and try the free version and it had a settings menu but no way to set up a profile on it. Can anyone tell me a solution to this please!?!?!

As a menu can be one of the 3 main buttons of the phone, apply a long press

Thanks, I tried that and it didn’t work! Anything else you can think of?

Did you buy Torque Pro from Google Play
or are you using a copy provided on the CD?

You can also access settings by…

Looking under Adapter Status icon functions
at very end.

Pressing the “gear” symbol near lower left corner
of your device screen.

Long pressing the task key I believe.

Pressing the dot dot dot’s for certain devices.

And of course using the menu key if your device
has one.

You can also access the vehicle profile
edit functions by pressing the area of
the profile name.

I am using the copy from the CD. Nothing else makes sense I don’t see anything else you’re talking about!

Torque Pro is officially distributed from
Google Play. (Not from CD).
