I just changed phones, I paid for the full version app, now when I want to download it again, it ask me for another payment. How do I get around this.

You need to use the same Google Play
account which was used to buy Torque Pro.

If you look under your account history it
should be listed if you are using the same
account.

I did that. I use google play for all my apps. But I believe it was called Play Store then.
