My car a BMW 116i has Fuel Level % and I can see the rem % in torque pro however I am getting the wrong answer.

Today with a full tank I am getting 81.6%

I don’t know if it has to do that my car has 2 tank left-right and it only “reads” 1 of them.

Anyone else with this problem and a solution?

You have the correct fuel capacity specified in the Vehicle Profile?

Are both tanks drawn from at the same
time or do you have to set which tank
to use.

If they are drawn from together you could
always create your own custom pid/equation
to correct.

Just test pid to get hex values at…

full tank
3/4 full
1/2 full
1/4 full

then calculate a best fit line to describe
the slope and intercept needed for the
equation for your desired units.

I think 012F is the pid to use? Need
to check as I’m operating on a feeble
memory.

Confirmed.

@cintack

Hope that will continue to show correct figures while fuel reducing.

Will let you know
