Post Torque not working with PLX Kiwi 3

I just bought Torque but it won’t connect to my PLX Kiwi 3 adapter. Their technical support say the issue is with Torque, not their adapter.

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there any plan to fix it or should I just request a refund from the Google Play store and buy a better app?

Hello, is there any intention to fix this or is Torque an orphaned application?

Having the exact same problem. Using Android 7.0 OS can not connect to kiwi 3
