Post Aftermarket ECU CAN output

I am trying to display a few parameters from an aftermarket ECU. A different company has written a .dbc for their product to work using the available CAN. Is there a way to import that directly to torque pro? Or can I create a custom PID to request this info?

The .dbc looks like this:
