Post No boost if i made a new display
on: March 29, 2017 (GMT)

Hi,

i have an issue, because with my Alfa Romeo Mito Petrol 1.3, if i use torque i can see rpm, speed, boost, coolant ( default theme ), i didn’t se throttle and for petrol is normal i guess.

Anyway i want to see boost with bars, but if i:

add display
bar display
turbo boost & vacuum gauge
or Turbo pressure control

aren’t green, and if i selected one of them, i have “no data”.

Why ? is a bug? boost info in default theme are showed.

thanks for the support

Will it work with the other circular gauge
types?

I’m wondering if the bar graph is not allowed
due to how Torque uses different units for
positive pressure and vacuum.

works only with default theme.
any others display added by me, aren’t green, and can’t be showed any data, “no data”.
But if default theme showed boost, why if i add another display, can’t be show it? have no sense, seems a bug.

That particular gauge is not just reading from a pid.
It is looking to see what the pressure is then changing
the units based upon positive pressure or vacuum.

If it is a bug Ian will have to address.

Can you get MAP display to work? If so you could
create a custom boost gauge by subtracting Baro().
