Post 2016 Hyundai Tucson 2.0 CDRI DPF temperature and pressure

Hi,
I would like to get the DPF data for showing on my Torque dashbroad.
I use Advanced Hydundai LT PIDs scanner for searching PIDs and got 5 PIDs but I have no idea how to use those PIDs.
Does anyone can help me to make the Cusotm PID.

The scanning result is as below:

These PIDs for the transmission
Scan addresses 7DF and 7E7
