Hello everyone !

I had an issue between dashware and torque some months ago.
I never found the solution on the web. I asked the dashware people (Gopro staff). Finally I found myself after few months and the support team found the same result some days after me.

When rendering a video with dashware and the overlay from Torque could result in a jerky dashboard when playing the video. Just unusable !

Solution:
The issue is due to the refresh/sampling rate. If the refresh rate is too fast (0.1 second for example), the quantity of duplicated data in the log couldn’t be handled by dashware. The problem is solved around 0.7 second. So I put 1 second and it’s fine !

And good news with your old data. If you have some csv files with a too fast sampling rate you can just use a text editor like VIM to remove 1 out of 2 lines in the csv. It will decrease the sampling by a factor 2. Repeat the operation until the rendering is not jerky anymore !

I hope this could save some people to spend hours and hours to solve this stupid stuff !
