Post Speed display, doesn't return to Zero

Hi Guys,
I’m new to Torque, only got my OBD reader recently.
I’ve got Speed (GPS) on my display, but it doesn’t go back to zero when I stop.
Is this a Torque issue or a problem with the GPS in my Tablet?
