Post Trans fluid temp issue -2008 T&C

New torque user here. Trying to measure trans coolant temp in 2008 Town
& Country. I have selected the PID to log, both 2103 & method 1, neither seems to work. My display shows a continous -40F reading and doesn’the change. What am I missing?

So I tried the pre-2012 Jeep PID, which I had not tried before, and it works. Go figure. Other posts had claimed the temp method 1 works on a 2008 T&C. Not mine. Hope this helps someone else.
