Post bulb warning failure dash light

I have just installed my new Torque Pro adaptor, I have a bulb failure warning light on the dash and expected to see this ‘logged’ but don’t appear to. Also no historic log – I guess garage probably cleared after my last breakdown. Am I being over expectant. Oh yes 2013 Skoda Yeti……
