Post Torque ECU connection

I constantly get “can`t connect to ECU” and “are you using the right bandwith?” I have tried all bandwith options available and every possible setting.

The car is a 2000 BMW M5 and OBD2 compatible from 16pin plug:

Pin 7: IOS 9141-2 K-line ENGINE Diagnostic

-BMW Scanner 1.4.0 works fine.
-Carly USB package works fine (not parameter/live values).
-Carly BT adapter Gen1 and 2 don`t work.
-ELM327 BT adapter don`t work.

I am sure the ELM327 adapter worked in 2012, now I can`t connect torque pro with any of my adapters??
