2006 Ford Escape Hybrid
So i’m trying to figure out why my Escape behavious certain ways. Not shutting ICE off and such.

I tried 2 devices 1st BlackBerry with the BlackBerry Torque Pro version and 2nd Android tablet with Torque Pro version.
They bot give me this message.

The ECU is reporting that it does not support the reading of any PIDs. Your vehicle may not be OBD2 compliant OR the vehicle ECU has not been enabled by your dealer/manufacturer for OBD2 access. Tourque will probably not be able to retrieve information due to this problem

I can get all the regular data like speed, coolant temps etc. but none of the extra PID’s that i added through a CSV spreadsheet. HV battery temps and charging level etc.

Does someone know if Ford Canada has that kind of information locked so that only a dealer can access it? Is there a way to unlock the OBD to have access to everything?
