Post Custom PID's

Hi folks, new to Torque Pro and the Forum and in need of some help. I wish to monitor the EGR valve of my 2015 Polo 1.4TDi. Torque, as other software, records ‘No Data Received on PID code 2c and 2d. However using other software, I get the following for Code 69.

69 Commanded EGR and EGR Error
Commanded EGR A Duty Cycle/Position 9.8%
Actual EGR A Duty Cycle/Position 9.8%
EGR A Error 50.2%
Command EGR B Duty Cycle/Position 23.1%
Acutal EGR B Duty Cycle/Position 23.1%
EGR B Error 50.2%
(The values shown are typical and for illustration purposes only but the format shown is exactly as it prints out).

As Code 69 does not appear in Torque’s ‘Normal PID’s I assume that I need to create custom one(s) but am at a loss as to what to enter into the creation form. The Wikipedia OBDII PID’s provided no information other than what 69 is. Can someone, therefore, suggest/explain how I create suitable Custom PID’s please? Thanks.
