It’s possible to add support for USB camera to Track Recorded,
I have a car head unit without internal camera but have usb cam, but track record don’t recognize the camera.

Unfortunately that’s mostly down to the android system to recognise teh camera (so it can be used by the android apis for dealing with the camera data, compressing, and decompressing it)

This usually uses native libraries rather than java code to do this due to needing a lot of speed and efficiency (plus the camera drivers are usually native libraries from the manufacturer). Unfortunately as each camera is usually substantially different from a different one, it’s unlikely to add support for each one out there.

You’ll need a USB camera that the android OS itself recognises, then it’ll automatically become available to all apps on the device (not just the track recorder)
