MY04 WRX anyone got torque working for it if so what OBDII dongle are you using

I bought the ELM327 bluetooth dongle off ebay for £15 – bargain, works well. The seller is called “aimishop”.

BTW yes, my car is a WRX 2005, same model as yours will be I guess (2.0 Turbo).

I also have the ELM327 bluetooth dongle off ebay
and i have it paired with my phone
Torque connects to the dongle (Phone and Dongle icon turn solid blue)
and i get message “Connected to ECU OK.”
But no matter how long i leave it the other 2 icons continue to flash Black and Torque shows “N/A” or “-” for all monitors

Have tested on another car and it worked fine

Any ideas?

hey did you get to the bottom of this?

I have a WRX STI 2005, same thing happening, connected to ECU ok, but “no data” is all gauges..

Any help?

My 2004 sti, 2.5l Works great. @ 7000 feet I had to set the boost adjust to -2 to get accurate boost reading everything works great

Have the same problem on my 2005 wrx did anyone fix it?

I am currently using this on my MY05 wagon, works great, the one thing you have to do is setup the vehicle profile and check the OBDII protocol. I am using the Automatic Fast protocol.

Haven’t had luck with the boost gauge yet but all other gauges seem to be working. Will update in a few weeks when I get some more practice using and perfecting this dongle.

REMEMBER THAT THE SETUP IS KEY!!!

I have subaru sti 2003 i use elm327 bluetooth and have problem for fuel level ….. do you have any solution?
