UPDATE: Contacted Google by phone, took a while as they struggled to find it as well. Reinstalled app and now at latest version. All is good again :-)

Just installed the app 6-6-17 and cannot use it, currently chatting with google to no avail. has there been any update on this?

All of a sudden I am getting an error message regarding validation and then the app goes to background and the program window turns white. How do I fix this>
