Good day.

Use the program Torque in the NISSAN Qashqai.
All cool!!!
the only thing missing is that it does not display which gear in the gearbox works at the moment.
Transmission in the vehicle model CVT.

Help to make the programme Torque tobrilus transmission from the gearbox !

you diagnostics on CAN, probably you Qashqai 2
Try the program terminal PID issue 221183 and see the answer

I Qashqai 2008 release, not Qashqai +2 !!!
The program displays the torque:
Torque, temperature, antifreeze, vehicle speed, the only thing that is not hvataet- display what gear is at the moment!

I was under the impression that a CVT (Constantly Variable Transmission) did not use gears per se. Think smart torque converter missing the automatic behind it. Or a hydrostatic transmission in a zero turn radius lawn mower.

The transmission’s instantaneous ratio would have to be calculated using RPM, speed and possibly acceleration.

Or I may be all wet. It’s happened before.:-)
