Hey Jschildm!

How has your TFT been doing?

It seems to maintain a consistent offset with my mechanical gauge in the pan. I thought I read on a powerstroke forum where someone said the temp sensor in the transmission was in the valve body or one of the solenoids or something. This would explain why it read higher than the oil in the pan. I don’t run the app all the time, but it it seems to be working very well.

* Updated polynomials due to parser changes.

Friendly reminder:

The polynomial equations are preferred due to the
linear equations not being accurate at either end of
the voltage “S” curve.

For example, the TFT linear equation given will top out at
213°F and will not accurately show an overheat condition
beyond the point in the “S” where the end turns.

Other sites continue to make the mistake of propagating
the linear equation.
