Post How to clear error code

Hi,
I’m a new user and want to clear an error code. What’s the procedure?
Best regards.

Hi!

First, if you know what the error code is, and it’s related to a failed component then you will need to fix that before you can clear the code

Once the fault is fixed, then you will be able to clear it (and it won’t immediately re-appear) – go into the app, into the ‘Fault codes screen’. Read the fault codes, then press menu->clear fault codes

Follow the instructions on the screen and then your fault codes should be cleared

Sorry to hijack this thread. I can’t find where to clear codes in the settings menu. I’m using a Samsung S6. The option is simply not there.

Hi

To clear fault codes:

In the lite version:

press the menu button (or gear icon on the screen). a menu will appear – and select actions/fault codes, clear fault codes

In the pro version:

Select fault codes from the main screen (drag the icons around the wheel until you see the icon then tap it). then scan for fault codes, then press the menu button (or three dots at the top) and clear

But thanks for a VERY quick reply!

The “Menu” is not part of the App or on the display.
On Galaxies it is the tap area left of button on the phone device itself.

Took me also a while to find….
