Well, the 1st time in my life I bought something besides my beloved Toyotas. I live in Japan now and found a steal on a Japanese 07 Outlander (CW5W). It came from up north so, like the US, it has rust but, runs great!

During 1st full maintenance investigation I found that the air filter looks like the original!! LoL
Also noticed that take-off is hesitant/jack-rabbit and guessing the MAF is most likely NASTY. Cleaner purchased.

I cannot locate a PID template for this year/model and not exactly sure what to review or track to see what else to be prepared for.

I know 4-Runners so, any help with this thing is greatly appreciate. Most likely, I’ll make it to a camping vehicle maybe a small lift, tire increase & all that fun stuff and DEF that Android center display thingy I’ve seen! ??
