Post OBD2 BLUETOOTH WONT CONNECT TO ECU

I have a 2003 Lincoln Navigator and I just purchased a little Bluetooth OBD2 SCANNER and I can’t seem to get it to connect to my car? I have the Torque Pro App as well! Any help would be VERY GREATLY APPRECIATED! NOT SURE if this adapter even works with my car! Feel free to text me at 941-713-4655 or 423-557-9679
