It should be ECU (as its located in 09 – Central electronics), measurement block 020 — 023 (each measurement block contains one alarm activation)
Sadly the VW manual doesn’t specify how to use a standard OBDII scanner, but their own pricey “VAG tool” that cost 400€ for a 3 car license.
The thing here is that crooks have smashed the window on the car and stolen lot of valuable things.
The car is in a multi-tenant garage that requires you to scan an access card to gain access to.
The idea is to pull out the log of alarm activations, and find the exact time the alarm was tripped on the car.
This time can then be given to police, which can request the log of which access card that was scanned shortly before the window was smashed.
Thus enabling prosecuting of the crook.
