What is the unit of measurement for Acceleration? G or m/s^2?

I have 2 different field for acceleration (e.g. on axis y): “Gravity Y(G)” and “Acceleration Sensor(Y axis)(g)”. What is the difference?

personnaly
I have ACCEL X,Y,Z and TOTAL
All unit are in G

i don’t have gravity but obviously one of those axis will be affected by gravity
