elm327 questions

i have the harbor freight scanner but i’m looking at trying the elm327 scanner. does the elm327 have the ability to do
batt tests
abs reset and bleeds
oil lite reset
e-brake reset
TB relearn
tpms
injectors for power balance to find the bad or plugged injectors
can it do bidirectional commands yet

i have torque lite, vgate, bluedriver,nezscan, fastlink, car scanner apps but have not yet got the elm bluetooth or wifi sender. i have the usb module but i can’t get programs for that so i tossed it. so now i’m looking at the elm dongle to see if i can finde one that will not olnly read codes but let me run some tests to confirm some of the issues that need you to comand the componets.

if there is a unit and app that will do this stuff please send that along so i can check into getting one of them. also prices will help. thanks bp.

ELM 327 doesn’t do anything by itself

it’s just a obdii to bluetooth adapted

the app your using will decide if you are doing it or not

personnaly i use an obdlink mx (i have tried LX and wifi) each as there advantage. …except the price lol especialy if you order them on the first week they came out ouch

it’s better suited for all the time usage like i do

and as more option

like it as dual bus option for ford …so with the correct app
like forscan you can do see LOTS of thing
