Post New pid scanner
on: March 12, 2022 (GMT)

The new pid scanner is pretty much broken for my car, it no longer finds valid pids like it used to. Every pid that is does say it found doesn’t even show up what it finds. Clicking on it just shows an empty page. After a full scan of mode 22 or even mode 01 it doesn’t find any pids I do know are valid and giving info. I believe it’s because gm cars need 01 added to the end of pids whether manufacturer or sae, but I’m no expert just I’ve just been playing for a few years. Even just viewing the pids I’ve added in the first tab of the scanner plugin don’t show any data and just return 0 for most and some are even greyed out. These pids do work in the realtime info part of torque and also in settings when editing pids using the test button.
Is there something I can do to add the 01 at the end? Thanks
