have you did full backup of torque settings (available in Torque options) before uninstalling it?
What kind of error do you see when trying to import your csv file? What format does it have?

Hi

Can you send me a copy of the CSV file you are trying to import to ian@prowl.org and I’ll see what’s up with it

This is either not using the latest version of Torque(there was an issue with imports in earlier versions) or an issue with the CSV import file itself, which should be easy enough to see if you send it

Hi!

‘*’ and ‘#’ are treated as comments in the CSV file – any line starting with these characters are ignored (at the moment, I may change this back)

Also, the format is slightly incorrect – strings (the names) should be enclosed in quotes “”
