Post Pro version not connect BT

Hello, i try a lite version without problem with Vgate IcarPro
After some day of try I bought Pro version but not connect with app
I try to remove the Icar and inserti again, delete From BT app but nothing, other app see the ICar but until now Torque Pro No….

Waht can i do?

Hi Emiliano!

You may need to tell the app what bluetooth adapter to connect to (paticularly if you have had more than one OBD2 adapter paired) – Go into the Settings-> OBD2 adapter Settings-> choose bluetooth device and select the device there

Also make sure that no other devices / apps are connected to the adapter as the adapters only allow one connection at a time and that will block Torque from being able to connect

That’s it! You should then be able to connect to the OBD2 adapter and talk to your OBD2 compatible vehicle!

Hi,

I’ve the same issue with the same adapter. It was working flawessly before going to Android 12 (maybe a clue?).

I’ve tried many combination/associations ==> The same, Torque doesn’t connect to the bluetooth adapter.

The adapter woks perfectly with others apps…

It’s annoying i’m stuck like that since 4 weeks…

Hi!

Can you try the latest 1.12.59 beta on Google play as I think I just fixed this

Also which android device are you using?

How can i try the Beta version ? Google Play says that the Beta is full.

I’m on Oppo Find X3 Pro. ColorOS 12.

1.12.52 Torque Version.

Hi

Simply update In Google play and you will get the .59 version which has the fix (another user already confirmed its working) – you may need to hit menu in Google play and go to your app library to do it
