this does not work on dacia sandero stepway 2021? I tried. cannot read protocol. what should I do?

Hi!

First check that the OBD2 Adapter is functioning correctly – quite a few cheap clones don’t work on all the protocols different manufacturers use – different manufacturers use different wire-level signalling protocols

If the vehicle supports OBD2 then it should definitely work (and this should be pretty much true for every vehicle made nowdays) – check the ‘Adapter Status’ screen to see where the adapter has got connecting to the vehicle ECU
