in the settings of the phone – the mode for the developer – enable the log record of the Exchange of bluetooth HCI,
post a link to the exchange log AlfaObd

do i need a root explorer? cant find that file

I have such a path to the file btsnoop_hci.log
/storage/emulated/0/android/data/btsnoop_hci.log

I think you need to set correct values into OBD Header to use in your Custom PIDs to get correct values from ECU.

Can you write down which type of Alfa 147 do you have?
For example: 1.9JTD / 1.6TS / etc…

Try to write such an initialization string
atsp5\natst69\natsh8110f1\n1081

if it doesn’t work for you after that, make a video from the phone screen with the settings of Torque
