Post Custom PIDs for Ford, possible?

Hi! new to this and wondering if it is possible to add custom PIDs like”balance rate” for ford series? saw that item is available from GM predefined PIDs but not Ford, or can i load the GM predefined PIDs to read my ford? can it work?

ford have some custom pid

but not sure you will have this one

you can use the forscan app to get WAY MORE stuff

but it’s not as friendly for day to day
