Post Cannot detect ISO protocol

Pls give some idea to me how to I scan or FID my Moped Bike Brand SYM ( Sanyang Motor Taiwan ) Model VF3i 185cc..I choose in App Torque
whatever Motorbikes type still cannot progress it..
I use so far My Adapter BT to scan my car it’s Ok..Now cannot scan my Moped Bike below 200cc..Pls help me..

I lived in Kedah..North State of Malaysia.. Correctional Officer..
My hobbies is some Mechanic and Upgrade some performance for my Car and Moped Bike..Also restoration for Rare item..
