Post Transmission Temperature

I have a 2020 Toyota Tundra 1794 Edition. I purchased the BAFX OBD2 to monitor the temperature of my transmission. I paid for the Torque Pro app and loaded everything, including the Trans Temp gauge. I registers nothing. What am I doing wrong or is there a custom PID that I need to load?
