I have a Android Radio that has bluetooth functionality and pairs with an isample OBDII device. The car symbol in the upper right of the Torque Lite app flashes at first and then stops flashing, staying on. I assume this indicates that the Torque app on the android has established connection with the interface. However, none of the dials I have started with show any information. For example, the coolant temperature is displayed it indicates zero, with the text “no data”.

I have installed the same app on my Samsung android A205. I pair it with the same interface and start the app on my Samsung. the car indication is steady and there is data on the coolant dial showing 80 C. Other dials also show active data.

My question is what could be preventing the Torque app on the Android Radio from displaying data?
