Hi Forum members,
I’m a newbie and just want my reader to be able to show basic engine & transmission parameters – I’m in a VW Amarok 2.0Lt (no temperature gauge) and towing a caravan.

I’m using the OBDLink MX bluetooth adapter with Torque Pro and find the Transmission Temperature is identical to the Engine Coolant temperature, so something is wrong there.

I’d also like to be able to measure EGT but when I add those gauges, they display zero.

Anyone able to offer some introductory guidance?
